Savvyprofit DMCA & Copyright Policy

1. PURPOSE

SavvyProfit respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects all users of the Services to do the same. This DMCA & Copyright Policy describes how SavvyProfit responds to copyright complaints and intellectual property concerns relating to content submitted, uploaded, stored, transmitted, displayed, or otherwise made available through the Services.

2. USER RESPONSIBILITY

Customer represents and warrants that: 1. Customer is at least eighteen (18) years old or the age of majority required under applicable law; 2. Customer possesses legal authority to enter into these Terms; 3. Customer is authorized to bind any entity on whose behalf Customer uses the Services; 4. Customer will provide accurate registration information; 5. Customer will maintain accurate account information.

3. PROHIBITED CONTENT

Users may not upload, distribute, transmit, store, or share content that: - Infringes copyrights - Infringes trademarks - Infringes patents - Infringes trade secrets - Violates intellectual property rights - Violates contractual restrictions

4. COPYRIGHT COMPLAINTS

If you believe that content available through the Services infringes your copyright, you may submit a written copyright notice containing: - Identification of the copyrighted work - Identification of the allegedly infringing material - Information reasonably sufficient to locate the material - Your contact information - A statement of good-faith belief - A statement made under penalty of perjury - Your physical or electronic signature

5. DMCA NOTICE REQUIREMENTS

A valid DMCA notice should include all information required by the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act. Incomplete notices may not be processed.

6. REMOVAL OF CONTENT

SavvyProfit may: - Remove content - Restrict access to content - Disable content - Suspend accounts - Terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to investigate or address alleged infringement. SavvyProfit may take such action without prior notice.

7. COUNTER-NOTIFICATIONS

Users who believe content was removed in error may submit a valid counter-notification as permitted under applicable law. SavvyProfit may restore content where legally permitted.

8. REPEAT INFRINGERS

SavvyProfit may suspend or terminate users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights. REPEAT INFRINGER DETERMINATIONS ARE MADE IN SAVVYPROFIT'S SOLE DISCRETION.

9. NO MONITORING OBLIGATION

SAVVYPROFIT HAS NO GENERAL OBLIGATION TO: - Monitor content - Review content - Screen content - Verify ownership rights - Investigate potential infringement prior to receiving notice.

10. USER WARRANTIES

By uploading content, users represent and warrant that: - They own the content; or - They possess all necessary rights, permissions, licenses, and authorizations.

11. TRAINING MATERIALS AND DOCUMENTS

Users are solely responsible for ensuring they possess all rights necessary to upload: - Training videos - Handbooks - Policies - Contracts - Drawings - Specifications - Project documents - Images - Videos - Other content

12. CHAT AND COMMUNICATION CONTENT

Users are solely responsible for all content transmitted through: - Chat - Project groups - Communications - Attachments - Messages

13. NO LIABILITY FOR USER CONTENT

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAVVYPROFIT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR: - User-generated content - Uploaded content - Copyright infringement by users - Intellectual property violations by users - Unauthorized content uploaded by users

14. RESERVATION OF RIGHTS

SavvyProfit reserves all rights to: - Investigate complaints - Remove content - Restrict access - Suspend accounts - Terminate accounts where reasonably necessary to protect: - SavvyProfit - Customers - Users - Intellectual property rights

15. DESIGNATED AGENT

Copyright complaints may be submitted to the designated contact published by SavvyProfit.

16. CHANGES

SavvyProfit may update this Policy from time to time. CONTINUED USE OF THE SERVICES CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF THE UPDATED POLICY.
